With curved bi-folding doors that brings the outdoors in, the exquisite open plan living area allows socialising together to be at the forefront of your stay, with a beautiful hand-made kitchen with an island at it’s heart, leading out onto the deck overlooking the promenade, beach and sea. Four luxurious Super-King bedrooms three of which can be twins on request) all with their own en-suites complete the scene. All whilst having the sea as your backdrop.

With a long-stretch of pebble beach, mere steps from your very own deck. With its small, yet perfectly formed high street, moments from The Beach House, with a fabulous choice of independent shops and eateries to discover. All in all this Kent holiday home has a real wow factor, pretty as a picture with spectacular uninterrupted south facing sea views and a fabulous location to boot, within 90 minutes drive of central London and 55 minutes on the High Speed train.

Things You Need to Know
Bathroom towels and linen are provided. Beach towels not provided.
Please note: the decking is unfenced to the beach, therefore children will need to be supervised.
Two travel cots and two highchairs provided. Please do advise where you would like the travel cots set up in advance of your stay.
Please note this property accepts a maximum of 8 adults.
No hens or stags accepted.
Three of the four bedrooms offer flexible bed arrangements, as above. Please confirm your requirements upon confirming your booking.
High speed cable Wi-Fi
There is one parking space available in a nearby garage. There is also a car park near the property but charges apply, and there is alternative free car parking on the esplanade beyond the end of the houses along the seafront.
Please note check in is 4.00pm and check out is 10.00am.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
This property is suitable for family groups only.
No hens or stags accepted.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Please note parties and loud music are not permitted.
Please don’t park in the parking space immediately next door to the house as this belongs to the flats and is an emergency space for carers visiting the flats, if your car is left here you will be at risk of being clamped.
