Pebble Shore: sleeps 12 (max 10 adults) in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
From the moment you step through the front entrance at Pebble Shore your eyes will be instantly drawn out through the glazed doors to the stunning backdrop of the sea, views of which can be admired from each floor. The vast sitting room with an open wood fire and also cosy snug with log burner, is a beautifully designed social space which flows through into the exquisite bespoke Italian kitchen. With a double Smeg oven, allowing you to cook up a storm whilst enjoying a glass of something with family or friends whilst gazing out over the Channel and beach below. Come summer or winter, when the sun in shining, open up the fully retracting doors to the glass balustrade and lose yourself in the sights and sounds of the sea.
The stairs lead you up to the second floor and the impressive double height hallway, leading to the four elegantly styled bedrooms, two en suites and sea views. The master, with its contemporary four poster bed leads through to a beautifully finished en suite bathroom with freestanding oval bath and porthole style window sharing in the views.
On the lower ground floor, for those who like to stay active, the mini-gym with Nordic cross trainer and weights bench will appeal. You will also find another shower room where you can cool off after working out in the gym or bathing on the beach. On this level you will find the garden room which provides the perfect spot to unwind looking out over the attractively designed terrace and garden beyond. Designed with outdoor living in mind, the professionally landscaped terrace and garden have been beautifully thought out. With fully retracting glass panels, an outdoor kitchen and built in barbecue, warming fire pit, rattan furniture for alfresco dining, and a wooden boardwalk leading you down steps to the pavement below and across to the beach.

2 small dogs are welcome. Please note additional pet charges are £30 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.
Please note the property has steep stairs and is therefore caution must be taken with young children under 5.

Please note loud music is not permitted due to neighbouring properties

Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.

In The Area
Ideally situated in the picturesque seaside village of Sandgate, Pebble Shore is not only a stones throw from the long stretch of beach that it enviably overlooks, but minutes walk from the fantastic choice of cafes, restaurants, friendly pubs and individual shops that Sandgate has to offer. With a promenade lining the beach front stretching as far as Folkestone and Hythe, a beautiful walk in both summer and winter, and behind the house a wood where you can take a beautiful stroll to Sandgate via a historic Martello tower.
