Old Harrow Barn is on the site of a former Tyler Barn and has been built in the same style to blend in with the surrounding farm and landscape. The construction of the building into a new spacious holiday home was completed in August 2021, offering spacious open plan living for families and friends. The barn offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a stunning cinema room where you will be sink into the sumptuous settees and happily watch films all day and all night, with the ceiling having a most attractive feature of a twinkling star effect ceiling - it really has to be seen! Meanwhile cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen with large island and dining areas, and a snug area for relaxing, reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine by the fire, overlooking the surrounding countryside beyond. You may even catch a glimpse of horses in the nearby fields if you're lucky! One thing can be guaranteed...... your stay at Old Harrow Barn will ensure you are relaxed and fully recharged.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.

Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Please note this property is more suited to family groups, and groups of under 30 are not permitted.
Please keep dogs downstairs and off furniture at all times.

In The Area

Egerton stands on a 350 ft ridge of Greensand 9 miles north-west of Ashford and has some of the most magnificent views across the Weald of Kent and Ashford valley. Egerton is the perfect place for long country walks, ample cycling routes on your doorstep, or a trip the seaside isn't far away with Hythe being only a 30 minute drive away, which has the lovely towns of Sandgate and Folkestone nearby also. If you are looking for nearby activities Port Lympne Wild Animal Park is a favourite and the World renowned Sissinghurst Castle Gardens are easily accessible by car. The Weald of Kent has so many beautiful villages to explore, why not stop off for lunch at one of the many pubs en-route, or enjoy a wander around Tenterden where you will find a variety of quirky interesting shops to browse.
