The children and adults alike will love the heated outdoor swimming pool which is available for the warmer months of the year. You can stroll into the City Centre in about 30 minutes, or take a short drive to the seaside town of Whitstable - the ideal location for City lovers, seaside lovers and countryside lovers with walks galore on your doorstep. You can also cycle the Crab and Winkle Way from Canterbury to Whitstable, and enjoy some well known Oysters Whitstable is known for!

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.

Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note parties are not permitted.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

In The Area

The beautiful Cathedral City of Canterbury has much to offer for everyone. With history in abundance for those who like to sight see, river trips on the Stour to keep the children entertained and lots more within easy reach by car or public transport. The City itself has a vibrant choice of eateries and places to grab a coffee or a glass of wine, lovely parks for children to play and relax, and for the shopaholics a variety of high street stores and boutique shops.

"We stayed at Neals Place for 2 weeks with the family ages from 2 to 72 , we had a great time , lovely house , very spacious gardens , we couldn't fault the place , close to Canterbury and lots of great restaurants Blooms Stays staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble We would recommend Neals Place to all our family & friends and would certainly stay the again in the future"
