Please note the property is set over 3 floors and therefore has many step, and therefore this property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.

This property accepts a maximum of 6 adults
A private parking space is provided which is a 6 minute walk from the house. On arrival it is possible to park temporarily to drop off bags. If you wish to use the designated car park on arrival please provide us with your car make, model, colour and registration immediately on booking. If these are not provided parking will not be available.
Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.

82 The Bayle is located in the Old Quarter district of Folkestone, right in the heart of the town. You can step out of the house and find a wonderful array of eateries, coffee shops, galleries and quirky shops to enjoy. The cobbled street of the Old Quarter leads you to the seafront in minutes where you can access Sunny Sands beach nearby, enjoy a stroll along the coastal path to Sandgate, or enjoy the sights and sounds of the Folkestone Harbour Arm. The location is perfect and a stone's throw from everything Folkestone has to offer.
