We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please ensure you check out on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Check in times are noted on your booking confirmation.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please note parties are not permitted.
Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to our neighbours.

In The Area

Adisham is a small village set within the beautiful Garden of England. There is a wealth of surrounding countryside, along with pretty villages, pubs and numerous walks and cycling routes to discover on your doorstep.

Bring your bicycles and enjoy a ride to the nearby The Independent Pedaler cafe at Bridge, where you can have a delicious brunch. Head to Gibson's Farm Shop - just a 5 minute drive - for some treats and a wide range of excellent local produce, they also have a cafe. If wine is more to your taste take a tour of Simpsons Vineyard at Barham and finish off with tasting some of their award winning wines. To experience some true culture and some great shopping, the city of Canterbury, a UNESCO world heritage site is only 8 miles away and you can spend the day strolling around the mediaeval streets and visiting the Cathedral and museums. The ancient market town of Sandwich is well worth a trip and the wild beach at Sandwich Bay which is home to an RSPB Observatory, along with the nearby Howletts Wild Animal Park and Wingham Wildlife Park. Fun for all the family!
