Great Higham, situated just outside Doddington, Kent is part of a traditional Kentish fruit farm and the property has been beautifully converted to provide excellent quality accommodation ideal for large groups or parties. The impressive oak beams found throughout the building give you a sense of the scale of the original frame enhancing its cathedral-like space.
At Great Higham, guests will find four large holiday homes set around an inner courtyard with ample parking for all. Great Higham Barn is the largest space with seven bedrooms and it’s here where the central hall boasts an enormous dining table for family and friends to gather around.
Upstairs in the barn there’s a games room with ample space for entertainment along with a tv and games console. For further entertainment, you’ll find a pool table in the garage.
Great Higham Oast sleeps 10 people in four bedrooms whilst the two smaller cottages, Plum and Cherry (no prizes for guessing what this farm is famous for) sleep four people each in two bedrooms.

Shared between the cottages is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, well-equipped barbeque area, tennis court and extensive gardens. Our four-legged friends will feel well provided for here too with their own beds, bowls and endless walks to dream of.
Those keen on venturing out will find rural Kent on their doorstep, but further afield Faversham and the North Kent coastal towns lie ready to be explored. Gardens within the ‘Garden of England’ including the world-famous Sissinghurst Gardens or the National Fruit Collection at Brogdale are all nearby or if you choose to play a round of golf you can pick from any of the well-known championship courses dotted around the coast. So much to do and so much well-spent time here.
